Dislikes

Pay is very less. They make you work overtime but don't pay enough. Appraisals are bad. Only 2% - 10% increment. Even after internal contributions and timely delivery of quality products (client/internal) they point out only your mistakes and those mistakes are made up. Don't appreciate good work. No bonus or promotions as well. Worse then a clerical govt job.

- Very nice place to learn and grow. - Work culture is very supportive to learning - Leadership is supportive and approachable as there is no cabin culture - Good work life balance in general. Sometimes due to project needs you need to extend your work hours but that is expected in any company

Dislikes

- Not all processes are perfect and that is expected in a startup. But good part is that company accepts that and is constantly trying to improve

The company has a great environment that fosters growth and innovation. The leadership is transparent and communicates openly with employees in town halls. Be it businesses in pipeline, financials, or year-on-year goals and plans, the leadership keeps every employee informed. SG actively encourages professional growth and development, offering up-skilling and cross-skilling opportunities. The work culture is engaging, with frequent team-building activities and challenging projects that keep employees motivated. Cross-team collaboration enhances cultural learning, and mutual respect amongst team members is evident. In terms of benefits, they invest in the health checks of their employees and also provide free meals. I admire the goodies we receive and the ability to redeem the recognition points against various branded vouchers.

Dislikes

All I can suggest is to keep excelling and offering challenging work and developmental opportunities.

Likes

Great work environment. Leadership groups are easily approachable. Senior people in the engineering team are always there to help and support at work. Great to see initiatives like Hackathon, Blogathon, BugFind day with surprise goodies :-) People gets recognized for good work. Feedback well taken by the Leadership.

Dislikes

It would be great if we can offered more opportunity to get more certification into different domains.

Likes

Exciting progress in the last couple of years. I have seen a lot of changes happening across the technology stack being used. Everyone is cooperative and willing to lend a helping had.

Dislikes

Studio Graphene probably needs to be more performance-oriented. At times it feels that some employees are overburdened, while a few others do not produce the kind of output which is required.
