1. Ineffective HR and Company Policies. 2. Employees will be treated like disposable objects after joining. 3. Worst and Unprofessional top management peoples. 4. Top management peoples (CEO and other executives) will talk about unethical practices. 5. HR’s attitude will change once you joined their company, she is unsure on how to handle employees and provide all the assistance. 6. HR will change her policies and rules then and there, there is no standard protocols. 7. Only after joining, the HR will inform you that your work location will be in clients place. 8. No transparency, No Advancement of technology, complete waste of time and effort. 9. People in top management always prioritise money will treat employees like disposable objects. 10. Interns, Freshers, Experienced people’s - for everyone the work culture will be exploitative. 11. They do services, it’s not a proper company. ( Company has only two clients ) 12. Consultancy company - No proper PF, tax calculations.
