Working with studio 31 was awesome, but studio 31 can't support all the employees in this lockdown. So including me ..most of the employees are been fired and the jobless employees are struggling a lot. Management - should have meetings with all thier employees, they trust the bad one. To know the truth and potential of thier employees, they have to be easy reach for all thier employees.

Lack of information to the employees about future project and biased system. No hard work has put on finding good pictures from thier photographers. Only a photographer influenced the whole system. Being a big company in the industry, they have failed to collect the good pictures and they are been biased by single person. Hope they see this feedback and won't repeat in future.
