Few people in the management are good mentors. They have helped and supported throughout.

... people on their face. Hr sarbani's behaviour is very rude, very unapproachable. This company do not pay the salary in a timely manner. Most of the people are just sitting there and making fun of juniors infront of them in case they ask for something or some knowledge especially the team leaders. This place is filled with rude people and politics.

The Team leaders should be chosen based on competency

Reputation of the company is at stake because of most incompetent TL, Tathagata. Person with huge attitude, lousy behaviour, demotivating, no respect and fairness for subordinates.

Managment is horrible in saltlake floor.omly few are good human bein .max of them makes fun of the writers and never solve ur query.. whatever happens only TL and writers are blamed.

I love my students life, it was very good plazform to learn something and gain good knowledge and skills, so iam successfully completed my graduation in mechanical engineering.

i like many things about my student life , when i was in school , i liked to play cricket with friends. Sometimes we fought , we shared our lunch box in rescess , we used to call our friends with different names like Basanti (Susant), Bhoj (Firoz), Amista ( Amit ) , Vakar ( Prabhakar) etc . It depends on what they are trying to find out. Are they just being “nosy” or are they trying to get to know you better? Either way, are they willing to share their likes and dislikes with you? It also depends on the detail subject matter as well. The perfect time for you to answer a question with a question.
