...ce, manager upfrontly says that you should work from 9 am to 11 12 in the night. And for that they don’t even pay. People here are doing double shifts so much workload and deadline they have. I am doing 3 people’s work and I regret that I have joined this organisation

One of the best organisation ever i have seen in my professional career who actually taking care of their employee as a asset. Getting the support from top leaders is amazing , everything is transparent.

Extra benefits like annual health check-up, medical insurance also they pay good to their employees.

If you want to shift to other technology or domain, this will not be allowed here, if you ask for it, they will create such environment that you will have to put your papers and nothing will work, even I you complain to HR, they will not do anything.

They pay higher than average. Manage to get good rating on all the surveys. Also keep sending gifts and benefits to ensure you keep saying good.

1. Extreme level of politics. Yesmanship is the only qualification in this organization. If you want to grow, learn to flatter seniors in the organization 2. Bias towards qualifications. If you are not an engineer, do not even think of this organization beyond entry level. If you are not an engineer, you are not worthy of even drinking water. 3. If you are favorite of your bosses, you get promotions every year. If you are not born with blue eyes, forget about anything including rewards, recognitions and stability of career. Even the HR is extremely biased and supportive of politics. This company is just to hire best people on power of money and spoil their careers by politics. Tellented leaders should not to join this organization falling pray to their tall promises. If you refuse to align to the leaders, you will be fired with a fully set up conspiracy. To support my statement, I have a question to ask - how many laterally hired leaders do you have and how many of them have really made a progress in your organization.
