...ce, manager upfrontly says that you should work from 9 am to 11 12 in the night. And for that they don’t even pay. People here are doing double shifts so much workload and deadline they have. I am doing 3 people’s work and I regret that I have joined this organisation

... say on the kind of work, extremely poor management - Promotion purely biased - Salary not at par with industry - management tends to make people less experienced your senior

Extra benefits like annual health check-up, medical insurance also they pay good to their employees.

If you want to shift to other technology or domain, this will not be allowed here, if you ask for it, they will create such environment that you will have to put your papers and nothing will work, even I you complain to HR, they will not do anything.

I didn't saw anything to dislike. But organisation may help their employees in loans (personel,home,etc) with lower interest rates & with other benefits.
