I like the work culture, open door policy, insurance benefits and job security

Compensation can be better in terms of fixed pay. Career and growth opportunities are not like pure tech companies. Work from home allowance not given during the pandemic. Vaccination reimbursement was not given which was a bummer considering it is a med-tech company.

Work Culture is very good. There is a superb work-life balance. All the managers and leadership are very good, fair treatment for everyone.

Dislikes

Compensation can be less as compared to other companies, but the job is very secure. But along with job security, there can be a sense of career immobility.

...ce, manager upfrontly says that you should work from 9 am to 11 12 in the night. And for that they don’t even pay. People here are doing double shifts so much workload and deadline they have. I am doing 3 people’s work and I regret that I have joined this organisation

They are pay masters, give a lot of gifts, perks, to keep their employees happy and give them good rating.

Dislikes

They have no strategy, just growing organically. The entire organization is driven only by the entry and junior level people. They don't respect talent and experience. If you cannot flatter your manager, you don't have growth paths. No correct processes or documentation. They call politics in the organization by the name relationship driven, which has created just an army of yes-men in the organization. A few long-stayed leaders have become God.
