Don’t join the company except if you are in desperate need of a job, company doesn’t have any policy and they are trying hard to be a Tata company however with no plant or plan or direction for the same, it’s just a waste of your time, there is no possibility of growth and the company was to be sold to an outsider but there were no buyers
