I like the employee rehire policy.

Dislikes

Those were not happy days at all. Salary hike was like null. I just lost all my confidence, as senior used to dominate all the time. Growth is very slow due to lack of variety in work and compensation is also very less.

Good work environment & culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good appraisals are fair & they give bad salary bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is alot politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

as per past eight year experience account head & account manager are use ruff language & harase ment and lots of work pressure during salary increment time take extra share of other Team Person. Hod & Manager Both are Monopoly in Work company MD & Director are don,t know all matter in internal department. Hr department are supportive & Other Dept. staff is very good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
