Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Vry bad experience... No salary n no work experience certificates... And also ceo misbehaves to the ladies staffs... I juz hated IT field coz of this strokx technologies.. They always take advantage of girls even in the salary issues as well as the behave... The didnt have any basic manners and discipline about how to behave and how to treat an employee.they never give salary to any of the employees.. They didnt give any styfund and salary to employees including me...we paid almost 25k for training and medical insurance...bt there is no training and job or job security and salary for us...
