Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Vry bad experience... No salary n no work experience certificates... And also ceo misbehaves to the ladies staffs... I juz hated IT field coz of this strokx technologies.. They always take advantage of girls even in the salary issues as well as the behave... The didnt have any basic manners and discipline about how to behave and how to treat an employee.they never give salary to any of the employees.. They didnt give any styfund and salary to employees including me...we paid almost 25k for training and medical insurance...bt there is no training and job or job security and salary for us...
