...cy, you will be forced to work an average of 10.5-11 hrs and even on weekends. The salary and compensation is at par with the industry. Good policies are made by the management but the HR and department/team heads fails to effectively implement it into the organisation which results in a very bad work culture.

Sanitisation on every day and given face sheild along with mask provides bus faculity for all routes

Salary hike is very less in pandemic we are working for every day still I got very less hike it is negligible

...specially for juniors. Versatility and empowerment to take decisions are a plus. Strides is a good pay master

Dislikes

Culture is a big setback for organisational growth and its top down. Power is in wrong hands which is impacting the growth and work culture. Has lot of potential for growth but few dirty minds are pulling the organisation down for their self interest. No work life harmony. Its a clear toxic culture and no psychological safety.

Some Senior managers/GM are not cpmpitable and dont have deepwork knowledge but getting higher salary because they have appointed by some internal references. That spoils the work invoironment.

Working within team have collaboration and bonds and working with CFT is nice experience

Salary, promotion, appraisal , culture only depends on our manager not by performance Also getting corned by leads
