It is not Good Place for girls, and I don't like selling going outside and selling their product. NOBODY is going to take product or if anyone wants it, NO guarantee of approving the card and customers call frequently about the status and we have no answer. No security, If we have to sell, there is no permission, we have do lots of things to get in sell. IF the card is not approved, the innocent customer who waits for the card. It's all gone! and there is no place in the office to have even lunch, we have to sit on the stairs ( Which made me so disappointed). ONE PLUS POINT IS: YOU get lot of encouragement and motivation If you are girl wants to work, Please think twice!!

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
