Well work environment and good culture. They give good training. Company policies are good and they give poor salary hike and there is no PF and ESI.

Management is good. Salary is decent but yearly salary increment is too poor. And there is no PF and ESI

Iam glad to say that Streparava is a great opportunity to learn and improve our skills and to get knowledge. Very friendly environment no pressure about any production related issues.

The only one thing i didn't like here is there is no increment in salary.

I am happy to work ther and salary is also gud for freshers and mainly production manager also good and hr also gud in this company I missed them lot

All things ok but little bit dangerous of working in machinaris and maintenance also gud they will solve the problem at that time

Can learn knowledge, Gentel department is HR.

Politics, religions because manager doesn't know concept of the system so he plays well he loss more company but he still remains this are funny management
