I worked there as QA, If you finding a difficulty to learn new technology then, it's company you can join because they do not want to upgrade there self with market standard(By any chance you learn you learned something new by yourself and implement it, they do not valued it) No any external training working environment is a shit

Too much politics(even VP knows about it) Over period of time you finding yourself degrading in terms of technology
