Dislikes

High attrition rate in North region. Previous manager are working here since long High pressure on new joinee Huge geographical area given to cover. Even ZM has individual role.

Nothing else they need only business . No motivation no zonal meetings . No daily allowance. Huge geographical to work and no managers ll come to work they just want be in their HQ IF ask they ll say their presence in their HQ IS very imp . If that’s the case how ll help us . They say let us know how can we help I am working in straumann from past 11 months my boss came to mangalore only 2 times for work .

Dislikes

No so great . And it’s not employee friendly.
