Freshers needs experience so i joined this company.

Dislikes

They promise a good salary but on the name of training they used you more than the training period like 1 year 1.5 year and then you ask for Full Time Employees they will make some excuses and at the end you will quit and found nothing except wasting your young time that you could spend on some serious company.

if they are hiring you for any client don't trust them until you get offer letter. They will ask you to deny all others pipelined offers on mail and after that will disappeared. Don't trust on their buttering conversation. They are fraudster and will keep you in dark. No clarity from them. Be aware while taking offer from them.

There is no much growth after 6 months same stuff and they pressurize you to give closers. Purely target based sales. No benefit ,no food not even tea or coffee at office premises. They don't even provide esi or any medical policy
