Nothing to like about it I served company for 7 years and still not get paid for notice period salary They don't value your experience and time they treat employees like tissue paper just use and throw

Very unhealthy work environment seniors are insecure for their jobs so not making any effort to trains new employees No job security management can fired anyone without prior notice salary and appraisal depending on the managers and owners mood if you raise your voice than you will get poor increments no travel policy no bonus policy every policy applies differently to each employee if you agree for slavery than this is the best place to working

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
