the office environment was good but there were no increments I had to get for 2 years after 6 months of my joining.

senior management make more money as compared to junior management there is no balance in salary structure, it's like richer becomes richer & poorer become a more poor strategy.

Comfortable working as it is work from home. Appreciation for the work completed. Interesting projects to work in market research.

Wish for more learning opportunities.lack in learning skill sets required as per industry standards.

Company made with people and if your surroundings is good then any company will good for you. I was lucky that I got Manager who treated me as friend and colleague as family.

They should provide PF and other employees benefits

You get good exposure to work n projects.

Dislikes

They make you work like a bonded labourer. You need to stay back every day till 2 or 3 am. They don’t give you leaves even if your family members die. The MD’s wife says, it’s life, goes on. A family run business.
