Initially had good Projects and people, learning was good. Managers are good and cool.

Dislikes

Now they dont have development projects only operations and support projects are there, people from companies like tcs infosys are coming here and changing culture to same like those companies

No moral values & ethics of higher management. One day they appraise/clap for you but very next day threaten to terminate. This is running on mercy of selected clients/projects. Even if you having supporting evidence to highlight your performance and achievements. They will go deaf & blind and trust to client words.\ No job security, Most of developers having negative experience here. check reviews. Positve reveiws on any online platform are from HR team who I believe are forced to write positive. If you are interested to ruin your skills/career and mentail health, Join this company.
