They're so mean, they don't understand anything from us. They want sale sale and sale they don't wanna give anything no discount no scheme nothing and price of the products is so high and they don't wanna give anything like no gifts no occasion gifts nothing. Their mentality is so worst.

My first company is Strassenburg I feel so good Everyone has supporting in field work like RSM/DM In my experience this is best company in my way. Thank you

Becouse no increment in my salery above 3 years.but target increase every years No job security in strassenburg pharmaceutical Manager directly target to psr if your are not achive target give me resignation Not supporting from management to psr Not talk to management directly PSR what is your problem

Upper Management doesn't know what's going on in field and with field employees, Senior field manager doesn't work properly in field they come to field by 12pm and return to home by 4pm during one year senior manager doesn't do a single conversation of doctor neither they pass any msgs to upper management the problems facing by field employees & the senior managers are RSM(Sunil Tiwari),ZSM (Abhishek Sinha) and they do whatever they want to do.

I’m last 2 years working with company but no benefits for me and then last 2 month and expenses not for credit in my account worst behaviour for settlement process I’m job reliving in agust 2021 more 10 month are goo but not credit my salary I have pore people and not understand my situation for the company more time of calls and msg but not responses so please understand my problems give me my last 2 month salary and expenses Thank you
