Personal and work life gets perfectly balanced provided you manage your projects perfectly. Flexibility can be expected. If you are working from home, you cannot find any comfortable job better than this organization. Yea even if you find, the flexibility is quite high here, provided you keep up your deadlines or tasks up-to-date. If you are a person who will finish the given tasks before someone nudges you, then this is the right place.

Dislikes

Being in WFH, nothing much except for the salary part. Even if you are experienced, the range of salary will be less and every year there will be a hike but less. Growth is very slow here. If you are having expectations of getting high package or salary above 40-45k, then this is not your place.

Well, you can work here if you want to earn a decent salary, other than that there is no appreciation or opportunity to learn and grow.

They don't have anything streamined properly.Lot of favouritism and politics.There is no job security. No opportunity to prove yourself.

...work environment and Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary .

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.
