No promotion, unprofessional behavior No employee issue addressed No appreciation communicated but communicated only when there is escalation. Only Top to bottom communication is practiced but never encouraged or practiced bottom to top level communication. Promised appraisals on every April during recruitment but appraisals only on August or September even before Covid. Appraisals very less and demotivating. Will never encourage anyone who is looking for good carrier or growth.

The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

They provide free transport all around Puduchery. Flexible work hours. Free snacks and tea.

Dislikes

...d under the manger(not a software guy) guidance, and need improvement feedback. No change in salary or confirmation in probation. Expect all filthy words during the one to one meeting. HR will support the manager who speaks filthy words as both are friends. Your escalation will fire back to you, think twice before escalation. If you want to quite the company, you have to submit the written document and wait for all other consequence. As a professional, instead of joining/working here, one can sleep hungry and homeless.

Pleasant project and nice client. Team happened to be very cooperative.

Dislikes

There are no training by the company. Also there is no hike even after 1,5 years. No chance for growth. Work on national holidays and Saturdays.

Working process is good, office environment and work flexiblety and pay's are ok

Dislikes

No proper training and team work too much politics in colleagues, not proper guidance and support, can't build ur skills and experience, not even provide the proper system support to work.
