The office working time is flexi whenever we can go and come, but we have to be there for 9 hours in ODC. The training was given from Clients end so it was good to gain knowledge.

There is no hike for the past two years and that's why I quit my job there. Initially they take me for one task to work and later on they started to give 9 to 10 task at a time parallely to complete the task and for that I have to extend my working time too. Management skill is very poor in my department and lots of political.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

Straive is good place for fresher or person who wants to develop their skills in Editorial Support or as copy writer/editor but only if you from relevant background

No salary hike and no incentives And their is no much leaves will be allowed in emergency time, and If you worked over there for more than 2+ year's then you felt like okay it's fine to be here but if you looking for change then I highly recommend it's not place for you

No hike, no leave for Saturday, More pressure from Team Leaders 1 and 2 in Springer ASV Towers and ordered employees like SLAVE. Most people were resigned by that torturing the last 6 months. if continues nobody is working in that department. please save the team. They are asking every Sunday to work
