Not as much as pressure in other company. Annual day function are conducted once in a year, which gives relief. Free cab and food amount of 550 is credited separately.

Very less salary. I don't have manage my family because of less salary, i have need growth in my salary level. And same as promotion too.

...s no one was co-operative. I will highly recommend don't ever join this company. And for providing relieving letter as well they will ask amount to pay. Wait for sometime and look for another company but never ever join this company.

Straive is good place for fresher or person who wants to develop their skills in Editorial Support or as copy writer/editor but only if you from relevant background

No salary hike and no incentives And their is no much leaves will be allowed in emergency time, and If you worked over there for more than 2+ year's then you felt like okay it's fine to be here but if you looking for change then I highly recommend it's not place for you

...nce is so worse, you definitely end up with some health or mental health issues. You don't get the recognition you deserve adding to it the salary and appraisal is very low compared to the market.
