Indian management is horrible. Working there is like killing your self, if you do not get any other alternative then only join the company. Even if you do a great job your onshore is praising you your Indian management would do insult after insult.

Good place to work. Your issue are address in time. Business is well streamed line. Standard MNC culture. Quaterly team budget and team outing entertain. Every one are treated equally. Decent insurance coverage for dependents. Your job is secure unless any violation.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
