Absolutely not a place to work with. High expectations from the employees right from the first day of joining but will never live upto your expectations even till the end of your job with them. Will never understand your genuine issues & will always humiliate you for ignorable issues.

Very poor safety culture inside organization and no management commitment towards safety. All are new in Strabag, So Puzzled situation remains in every function of organization. HR does not fulfill own commitments. Strabag is like "Naam Bade Darshan Chotey"

Something good, but no any pl cl and extra holiday and salary is very lowest compare to another company.

There is lot's of issue which are not address management. Salary is decent and no any career growth.

Company culture is work oriented. With European management your performance will be recognized. Good work life balance.

...growth can be challenging as due to prefernce for Europeans in senior positions. Compensation for Asians is average but better than certain other contracting companies.
