A good company which offers good pay, mostly we are outsourced and are at client locations and HRs are available to interact despite that. A growing company and a nice place to work.

Dislikes

STPL gives responsibilities, not an order, Excellent work culture.

No employees are getting any facility from the company. The company has deducted salary of about 50% employes and has given leave without pay to 30% employees.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics in the company and here the HR team interferes with everything, even if they do not know anything about the project.
