Depending on which project your going to. Work life balance is good. Macro management is there needs to update login detail working time sheet and all. Work environment is good. Team mates are supportive. Process are quite simple nothing to learn more on that

Health isnuransce for family should pay extra premium amount. It's not included in your package. Macro management, updating trackers, company HR portal not available, company portal own portal (talent and acquisition), mandatory course not available.

There is No job security, there is No cab facility and cafeteria. it's a small company. There's is no risk compliance and bad management. They will not providing sufficient training. At any point of time they will fired you from job. I was join this organisation on 7th march 2023 with in 3 month they will remove me without giving any valid reason 31st may 2023 was my last working day. Still I'm searching for job because of them I'm jobless. Don't join this company this is Worst company.
