Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

They just ghosted me after an interview, I travelled atleast 50kms from my home for interview after interview the founder said I will get offer letter I am selected and when I called him after few days he says I have to think and then he ghosted me. Very unprofessional and dont go here for interview

The only good thing is the flexible work timings (which doesn;t matter cause you will have to work on weekends too) and that you will learn a lot.

Dislikes

Salaries aren't credited on time, there is no appraisal - monetary or otherwise, do not expect any appreciation from the bosses. They expect you to work like donkeys and not say one good thing. In fact, they pass really low and personal remarks when angry.
