Founders are nice and salary and benefits are good.

Dislikes

Very toxic work culture inside the organisation. The management is very pathetic and they lack vision of where they want to drive the organisation. Undue pressure and very Desi promoter driven work culture.

The worst company I have ever worked specially because of the HR function, the vision of management is amazing the director's have a different vision and they're working hard to achieve it, they need to clean the HR function with more dedicated team, they do misguide the candidates and not sharing the right JD even, there's a lot to say but don't want to mention here.

Nothing must , but some issues is there there is no store's ok only factory and one store in Delhi available that's why some coustomer s think 💬 transport charges is highly much

Learned abt marble,and due to unavliablelity of showroom facility.got a confidence to convince to client and make them fly and chose them a product in kishangarh or delhi facility.

Dislikes

I observed that the management is only interested in client,not the efforts making by employee. As well they show off more as they are not in competition level with other giant companies.they are more comfortable offer commission to contractors as well architects. Which i think then their product is not worth in qlty. As well middle mgt that is regional levle is not supportive.

Stonex is well growing company and lot of things to learn. since company is into luxury product so there is proud feeling when you work in such company.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and gimmicks and so many interruption of senior manager every day every hour basis. first of company should look into it. and in terms of communication growth and working culture is very lower level.
