The only good thing was the location, hygiene and the office space.

...tion from *insert an Ivy League equivalent school where they spent just a week*. Compounding matters, my compensation fell egregiously below industry standards, rendering basic necessities such as housing in Gurgaon - a prerequisite arbitrarily imposed by the Co-founder - unattainable. This blatant discrepancy for fair compensation only underscored the callous disregard for employee wellfare pervasive within the organisation. During my time, I experienced profound dissatisfaction and enduring hardships, sentiments echoed by numerous colleagues subjected to the oppressive and evidently biased practices of Mr. Saraf and Mr. Gadia. Working there felt like an uphill battle, with little acknowledgement or reward for our efforts. The tyrannical atmosphere fostered by top management's exploitative tactics made each day a struggle for survival. Some concerning red flags etched in my mind: - Women were routinely staying at the office until late hours, often alone, solely to meet unrealistic demands for perfection and immediate results. - Inclusive and diverse policies were non-existent, evidenced by the prevalence of offensive jokes targeting gender preferences and race. Individuals with disabilities faced ridicule rather than support. - Mental health concerns were disregarded, with no policies in place to address them. employees taking mental health days were stigmatised and burdened with additional tasks on their off days. - Lack of awareness of POSH policies by the HR (who didn't have any formal education in Human resources or psychology), further highlighting the organisation's neglect of employee welfare. - Favouristism was rampant, with some employees receiving preferential treatment (to the extent that their salaries increased threefold within a year!), while others were marginalised and overburdened with work. The unrecognised contributions of these individuals were vital to the company's operations. - The top management fostered a toxic environment akin to a clique of "mean girls", engaging in degrading discussions and creating memes at the expense of their employees. Stones2Milestones was never a place where employees were valued or treated with respect. Instead, it was a toxic environment where exploitation and disregard for employee wellbeing were the norm. Sadly, it remains so even today.

They don't support the women during maternity. I didn't get my last payment. Also, they fired me when I was rushed to the hospital before my delivery date. I sent an emergency medical leave mail to the Company as per the contract you will be granted a leave only if there is a medical emergency. They told that I terminated the contract by not informing the team about my trimester. The team members already knew my situation but unfortunately those team members had resigned from their jobs. The team takes its own decision. They don't listen to their employees working. Also, they were supposed to pay 7k but as a due they sent me the invoice of 1k but that too has not been sanctioned yet.

Salary is according to your work load. You can't take a leave and if you want it so you have to submit a medical certificate and then you'll not eligible for your incentive that month.

* toxic response of leaves. They literally never give a leave without a medical certificate * Bad responses towards the end because the company was almost shutting down due to loss * I got resignation letter after continuous pleading for one month *They don't give numbers to speak with.
