There are lots of internal problems in the company, which they won't tell you. Rift between different departments is a regular thing You have to work way beyond working hours on most days Non veg food is not allowed in the office, you will have to eat it outside.

It's very unfortunate that I joined this company. A company which has no ethics, no respect for people & no work satisfaction. It's a nightmare for you if you join this company, as the company head itself seems to be behaving like a monarch no matter your gender. You would never know when you would be removed from the company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
