Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The MD and CMD are really very nice and most importantly down to earth.

Dislikes

MD and CMD are always conspired against people by the Group General Manager. Lots of dirty politics and they believe in hire and fire. Sales team is very lousie but supported by Senior management and the Senior advisor.
