All the teachers have a job security and in a few years, you'll become permanent. All the colleagues are very kind and helpful and fortunately there isn't environment of politics here. There are plenty of holidays during winter season. If you want, you can live in the residence of the school too, free of cost.

Dislikes

The only thing you'll miss staying here is financial growth as there is no/rare/less increment in salary.

Likes

The college was open virtually as we could adopt to the latest technology. We could get an over-all support when we conducted a National Webinar virtually. There is an opportunity for every individual's career growth, we practice leadership at all levels, there is an appraisal given to us every year, we get to learn new things as teaching is not a one way process.

Dislikes

Equal pay for equal work isn't seen, gossips and defaming people.

No work tension but salary is too late and low salary.for pg candidates 6000.for m.tech,m.pharm 7 or 8000(fresher's)

Biometric thumb for low salary got employees also.if time is late for thumb half day salary cut.(6000 per month employees also)

Working atmosphere is good. Management is very co - operative. When it comes to giving opportunities no compromises are done. The principal of the school is very understanding. Co ordinators are good but then can turn bad at any moment.

In my twenty six years of teaching, this college happens to be the best in terms of my overall experience and growth. The Management is employee and student friendly. They deal everything with empathy and make the employee feel at home. The Leadership is the best here.

The only problem I had was the distance from my home. Travelling so far became a challenge for me and my health
