Nothing was the support in this pandemic, irresponsible answer,no salary, not even a no fellow feelings.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics . Salary is decent but no career growth.no time management.Not a respectable words, no status and identification,no credit to the faculty.

Likes

Freedom of introducing new ideas for development. Very comfortable working atmosphere. Every requirement or grievance is dealt with. Good work ethics. Engaging and interesting interaction with the students all the time. Always learning about different personalities and sharing good and bad experiences. A great and encouraging work policy.

Dislikes

There is a limited scope for growth. This is due to a limited budget mostly. New ideas are not cheap to apply. Lack of growth creates a void and sometimes is discouraging. The job is good, it makes you feel satisfied which is not a good thing when you know you are capable of much more.

Likes

They treat teachers as labourers no facilities given to any teachers no staffroom for teachers. During pandamic I suffered with COVID attack they did not sanction me even leave also now I scared to think of working in institutions like this Though I got good reviews from parents for my service they don't recognise and no encouragement from management. These are my personal experience from 2017 to 2020

It is like a family. Great respect and regards for one another. Seniors are always there to guide and help.

Dislikes

The work is very repittive. Requires a lot of standing and talking loudly. Lot of corrections work .

Likes

The School is Higher Secondary Affiliation and working there was a nice and good my colleagues was very helpful and supporting too and working with them makes me feel good the management also good but partial also and less supporting.

Dislikes

Work Pressure is so high there. No help is given by management about any problem. Sometimes, surviving there is also difficult due to there rules and regulations which are sometimes useless also.
