It's completely a LALA company. They work typically on HIRE and FIRE policy. At the time of hiring, they will pay you whatever you want but when the project is about to end,they will fire.

It's quite a good company to work in. I'll share the perks of working here, i started my career here only and its great as you are worked on projects that are working on latest technologies, projects in various domains are there. There's good rotation between projects and the peer support is also great.

Overall, It's a wonderfull company to work with. Very nice and coprative management. Managers are really helpful and guide you well on your learning path. Job security is there . Work life balance is also great.

Exposure to good projects, good learning opportunity. As we can work as IC the accountability towards project gives boost to your technical expertise along with enhancing tour skills to accept the challenges.

Improvement point is if more technical training could have conducted on new technology on timely basis.

You will find a pool of working professionals knowing the latest in the market, so you get to know and learn a lot. Also there is very positive helping hand given to the new comers.

Some more technical trainings can be planned on new technologies.
