The company offer individual work and support team time to time for better performance it's working culture is different other then many textile industry.

I found that there was no more scope of career growth in the company on certain lavel, the company had a stagnant point where they would simply retain employees without continuing to devlop their potential in order to move the company forward.

My supervisor Narender singh was terrible even though my hard work he never recognise me. TL Ranjan was pathetic and always put us on unnecessary stretch.. Hr dept was also of no use..specially the fat Gaurav Garg

I have a wonderful experience, very nice co-environment, job security and many more things are here to feel good. It has a very nice catering facility and cab service itin comparison to other MNC. It gives a very good start up in bpo sector. This is a nice option for freshers.

Everything here is good. We are possessed to work under pressure where ever it's necessary.
