Some people in Leadership team will take impulsive decisions. Since you will be working for Portfolios STG don't questions the counter parts for any thing even for the racial comments or any thing their judgement is final.

Pay and tax norms, people are friendly, food is free

Dislikes

No Organisational policy in place. Mid level managers are rude and lake leadership qualities, multiple portfolio are like the projects in service company but STG LABS is portrayed as product company
