Security is very good and so there are a very good opportunity for employees that is a rock and rap thing, which is great opportunity for employee

Your networking and your reach closest to management makes more sense than Results and work. You need to show off about ur achievements to get what you want.

Nothing much. Just that you get to learn a lot about how to run a business in depth

Salary is not worth the work they put on your shoulders. Other than that regional heads abuse you with all kinda of slangs pertaining to the low sales of the store.. Not at all employee centric will keep on torturing you if they want to throw you out of company . I had a very poor experience with Reliance , just that its name helps you to get few good opportunities otherwise work culture sucks in RBL
