Working culture is good, but no appraisal, no growth , uncertain salary deduction policy during Covid-19.

Dislikes

... skill development. The company well for fresher. I have traveled lots of place. Salary increment depend upon relationship with management.

...ting, admin department also. Sometimes management cheating with junior employee. Past year 2018 stesalit did not submit money to PF fund of every employee but same percent money debited from my salary. Stesalit not give all advance money for office tour expenses. I spent extra money for tour expenses from my salary. I have left the company but till my 40000/- due. Admin department not cooperate with employee. Behavior very bad. Work culture is very poor. Averagely the company is now not good for experience person.

Dislikes

Extensive travel and frequent transfer are quite in place as Stesalit carters to numerous high valued clients and has a pan India presence in different segments, an opportunity to explore different geographic location, what I enjoyed most. A must try for person who loves travel and wants to explore his best.

Everything is fine except payment. They have not paid any gratuity for more than 200 workers. After working 15 years or so, most of the employees have not received their due benefits. Terrible experience
