As a fresher dont join ,, there are lots of cons in a company,, no working hour fixed , no team work,, no holidays ,, expect to intern become a full stack developer in a 2 months,,

I used to work at Sternet Smart Homes Pvt Ltd, but they laid me off after 3 months without providing any experience certificate or salary. There is no working culture or team, and whoever joins will face a lot of issues. There is no one to teach, and everyone has to figure things out on their own. It's not a good place for fresher to join. The working hours are long, around 11 to 12 hours, with no off days or holidays. There are only working 2 to 3 person in a company, The names of the people causing you trouble are @abhimanyu (project manager) and @shiva Rastogi (HR).
