Dislikes

Worst Management. Poor company culture and internal politics. No opportunities for skill development. This place is a nightmare for every fresher. They hired freshers in bulk amount and terminate them in 3 months from joining.

Nothing is good they just provide good training platform but there's no certificate for that.

Dislikes

They offer a good CTC but after training period the ctc remains same but they change basic salary. There's no job security, without any prior knowledge these guys just fire people. There are no projects in this company .

When you join the company , they treat you very well . Salary is good . All seems friendly at initial stage.

Dislikes

1.After some time manager will torture you. 2.Their HR are very bad person who ensures every things will go best. They do not take you seriously. In my scenario they fire me but they did not give me my salary also they give not 3 months notice period salary . I called their Hr many times , they are always pastponing it for other day.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafateria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years defore which you cannot resign .on the job training is not given to new joiners.
