Culture is good. Company thinks about the overall growth of an employee. Superiors are very supportive.

HR doesn`t think about the actual honest candidate (newcomers) as salary hikes are not given as per the company policies. Only think about the lowest hike, not up to the desired hike.
Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and work life balance is there.
Company has given a chance to B.Sc/M.Sc young students on the shop floor/office.

...of the research/process identification operators do , but they don't get credit. No any compensation when operator has insisted to leave the job. Operator should get compensation , as he gives his youth to the company.
...here who are planning to Join Sterlite. Those who are latest graduated engineer. Don't waste your Time, this Company Dont need you to stay for long, Freshers can better in 2 months and seniors will be made forcefully resigned by not paying salary. Telecom industry is shit for Growth stories all the hardwork here is completely waste, since you're hardwork are better opportunities and appreciation for the people sitting above you. I have wasted my year, As a graduate Engineer instead of doing some course and jump into better growth company, I wasted my time here. As much as possible stay away from any Telecom industry company... You're valued zero here, Even The HR are not here for any support, You get zero Response From the HR's, Replacing HR's Might be a Good first step for this company. As a friend, As a Brother and As a fellow graduate engineer, don't attend any placement drive or any interview, You guyzz got better company out their where you are valued more... You're lowest package expectations is the highest package that they can offer when you are experienced for about 5 + years. Maybe Working for manufacturing industry at Sterlite a good Choice for engineers but Never work in fields or in office Which are related in installing Fiber projects. Nothing Personal, Just a honest feedback for the great engineers out their who have greater dreams....all the best.
1. They don't communicate anything in advance and in mid of the month came up with the reduced salary structure due to company's current situation.
2. I have been working hard and gracefully completing all my deliverables since past 4 months but I have been put in PIP based on last year's rating which I got 3.4 initially but the company normalized it to 2 wtihout giving any valid reasons and just saying it is company policy hence i have got no appraisals.
3. They ask you to work for more than 10 hours and even on saturdays and sundays.
