Pathetic work life balance. No work recognization. After some upper level of management. its a heaven to work as u will get lots of opportunity to conduct corruption. Want to earn join SCM dept a open corruption culture.

No job security for off roll employees,No guest house provision for off roll employees even guest houses gave sufficient space for manage.

There is a contractor favour management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow because there is a thard party rule.
