Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day, Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times, appraisal system very worst, fully politics only, not standard promotion also..

Best Of the Comapny I like to work therefore the reason is my boss . He is always teaching me how to work and how to solve problems.Career growth is very high in this industry .one should i have on payroll then growth becomes more for me .here i am a apprentice trainee but do job like a engineer. Nature of the company is too good for all workers and employers. a canteen provide various type of food in breakfast and lunchtime.there service and respectful to the all manpower.
