The company is Great place to work, salary will be credited timely,learning things so many like sea, environment is good, leading copper producer in India and Himalayan production target achieved in Sulphuric Acid production and I really like to work with sterlite copper tuticorin....

Growth is slow. The work pressure is some high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day, Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times, appraisal system very worst, fully politics only, not standard promotion also..

Excellent, transparent work environment and calturre excellent work apportunity to all employees, employees is asset. Good CSR as well mentorship is excellent always motivated to employees and there suggession and innovations are well appreciated,all facilities are available for employees,always trying to achieve new heights in knowledges and it's truly care and have core values ethics, humble,speed,smart .it's excellent place to work.

Best Of the Comapny I like to work therefore the reason is my boss . He is always teaching me how to work and how to solve problems.Career growth is very high in this industry .one should i have on payroll then growth becomes more for me .here i am a apprentice trainee but do job like a engineer. Nature of the company is too good for all workers and employers. a canteen provide various type of food in breakfast and lunchtime.there service and respectful to the all manpower.
