Salary paying of expat. Two months salary will be on hold. That is as per agreement. But shocking is after coming here it has been told every month expat salary will be paid between 20th. To 30th. I have not got my salary despite the month is over. HR Iis totally unprofessional.

Hire with another company name so that you can't take action on them, if anything happens with you in Nigeria you can't go back india as you came by fake another company name. No Tax Deduction on Salary. No PF Deduction on Salary. All Salary in Hand.

12 Hours Per day Working. 6.5 days Working every week. No ERP for Working. All Manual work. Boss is Arrogant. No availability of Nigeria SIM. We have to purchase SIM after paying huge money from own pocket.

When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
