For salary bargain and take, once you are selected from manager, bargain. As lots of people are leaving company, so company keeps on taking people. If you are selected, come with salary you needed. Don't depreciate yourself. As some ideots are getting unbelievable salaries

No quality no safety, no target fixed for any job. Like once it's decides chairman wants its in February, even with all resources it's not possible all knows, but like ideots manager accept yes sir will do it. Because if manager open mouth, chairman says that's not I hired for you. Mainly the CEO who is running company is a non technical person.

Exposure to foreign country

Dislikes

They hold ur 2 months salary and whenever u leave by any means , they will never pay u that money. Hence people leave without intimation. This is instructed by CEO only. 1. Very poor work culture- instead of 10 hours u have to work 12 hrs a day. Sunday is half day but u have to work till 5. (84 hrs a day) 2. Almost half of the people so buttering and u are also expected to do same because boss wants it. HM yard , Asemoku jetty - Manager Mr Bipin Is same kind of person. 3. On a complaint of manager, company will give u notice without confirming from u. Blind trust on managers even if he is wrong. 4. Accommodations and food is not good on site. Good accommodation is only for manager’s favourite people. 5. Almost 50 people leave company every month because of such a poor culture. 6. In that company , informers are More than working employees. Just to prove themselves smart and loyal to company. If u wanna have a foreign return tag then go for it but be careful.
