Hi, the company was good,brand is also good but company is not aggresive to work their working style is like they are working in 90's, they dont have mission,vision or goal,even managers dont know their collegues ,horrible culture. They are just like lala ki dukan ur duty is to come to the counter sell daily and go to home nthng else,no brandind,advertising sales support etc. Its a family owned business nd there is no fix criteria for payment ,god knows when they ll clear ur reimbursement dues after any percantage of defuction. Horrible atmosphere with lack of vision .

Lack of vision, no communication. I have worked more than 13 months there but i never talked with mah managers national sales manager was directly talking with team thats it
